Once the 30-day waiting period has expired, Oak Haven Mediation will email you the following documents to review and approve:
- Proposed Decree of Divorce
- Proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law
- Declaration of Jurisdiction and Grounds
- Request to Submit for Entry of Decree of Divorce
Once the Final Documents have been submitted, the Utah Courts have up to six weeks to review and approve the documents.
When the Courts approve the documents, you will be officially divorced. Oak Haven will email you a copy of your approved Decree of Divorce.
